1. Obtain the exam metadata, and generate related commands for the header, question groups, etc.

2. Retrieve the question data list, extract the stem, options, sub-questions, etc., based on the question type, and generate corresponding commands.

3. Combine the commands into a .tex file and hand it to the server to compile into a PDF.
